ACS Leasing has put together an agreement between FLY4 Airlines, the Dublin-based ACMI airline, and Indian carrier SpiceJet to deploy four aircraft for the upcoming winter season. The partnership marks FLY4’s first longer-term ACMI programme outside Europe, since commencing operations last year.
Starting this week, the deal runs until early May 2026, before returning to Europe for summer 2026 operations. The four B737-800s will operate selected routes for SpiceJet from Delhi, including domestic services to Mumbai, Varanasi, and Ayodhya, as well as international flights to Dubai and Bangkok.
Scott Collier, CEO of ACS Leasing Ltd said of the deal: “We are delighted to have played a key role in bringing this cross-regional partnership to life, leveraging our expertise to align two aviation businesses with complementary strengths and ambitions, from different parts of the world. This collaboration not only delivers vital additional capacity for the Indian market during a peak travel season but also lays the groundwork for long-term opportunities.”
Jochen Schnadt, CEO and Accountable Manager of FLY4 Airlines, said: “Working with partners like ACS Leasing and SpiceJet, lays the foundation to scale our business and position FLY4 as the Irish-based capacity solutions provider of choice, with global reach.”
